Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field; minimum of 7-10 years experience in manufacturing process or logistics process optimization; Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification preferred; proven track record of leading successful improvement initiatives in a manufacturing environment required; strong analytical and problem-solving skills; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; proficiency in data analysis tools and software; familiarity with ERP systems and digital transformation initiatives
