Position: Regional Culinary Director

About: Sodexo’s Airline Lounge Segment is currently seeking a Regional Culinary Director to provide leadership to one of their prestigious clients. The ideal candidate will be an innovative culinarian with previous experience in upscale to fine dining a la carte settings, preferably in hotels or restaurants. This hands-on Chef role requires previous experience in managing upscale food production. The Regional Culinary Director will oversee culinary solutions for a $70M Airport Lounge Portfolio, with responsibilities for multiple lounges in ATL, LA, CLT, and DEN.

Requirements: Minimum Education Requirement: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; Minimum Management Experience: 5 years; Minimum Functional Experience: 5 years; Must be a commutable distance from JFK airport; Ability to travel up to 35%
