Position: Regional Chef – West Coast
About: North America Paradies Lagardère is seeking a Regional Chef to oversee the restaurants and grab-and-go in Dining Operations. The Regional Chef will report to the Director of Culinary, collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain high-quality standards of food and execution across the dining portfolio and brand offerings. The salary range for this position is $115,000-$125,000, experience-dependent.
Requirements: Culinary expertise: Skilled in cooking techniques, flavor profiles, and food presentation; Leadership and management: Effective communication, team building, and decision-making skills; Financial understanding: Ability to manage budgets, costs, and revenue; Awareness of food trends: Keeping up with culinary innovations and consumer preferences; Travel: 75% travel required with non-travel time spent at either PLSC or local Platform supporting BOH; Experience: Minimum 5 years of regional chef experience in the food industry; Education: Culinary school preferred, with a strong grasp of culinary techniques, leadership skills, and financial acumen essential.
