Position: Regional Chef I Emirates
About: Flik Hospitality Group, a member of Compass Group USA, is seeking a Regional Chef I for Emirates. This individual will lead all culinary functions for business dining accounts in a specific geographical area, embodying the company values and promoting excellence in food service.
Requirements: Culinary Degree or comparable four-year culinary development experience; 5-7 years of experience with multi-unit experience preferred; excellent communication skills; strong supervisory, leadership, and coaching skills; financial acumen, P&L experience, budgetary, and food control practices; ability to assess and grow people, operations, equipment, and revenue; willingness to travel throughout the region; computer skills including MS Office products
