Position: Regional Banquet Chef

This full-time salaried position starts at $45K DOE and is located in Las Cruces, NM, working out of Hotel Encanto and Hilton Garden Inn. The Regional Banquet Chef will prepare signature dishes under the direction of an Executive Chef and ensure high-quality and timely food service.
Requirements: Current New Mexico Food Handler Certification required; ability to work in a humid kitchen environment for long hours; ability to lift, push, reach, or carry 30+ pounds frequently; excellent verbal communication and multitasking skills; 6 months to 1 year of high volume/fine dining cook experience preferred; high school diploma or equivalent training
