Position: Region Director – CHEF’STORE (West Region)

About: The Region Director CHEF’STORE position is a remote region-based role within the West Region, covering areas such as California, Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Nevada, Montana, and Utah. The incumbent must be located in the Pacific time zone.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; minimum of seven (7) years’ experience managing a multi-unit retailer or equivalent industry experience; strong leadership and organizational skills; knowledge of financial operations and processes; ability to analyze information, identify root causes, and develop/implement approved solutions; effective oral and written communication skills; experience selecting, assessing, coaching, and developing managers; ability to form strong partnerships across reporting relationships; ability to travel up to 75% of the time, including driving and flying
