Position: Region Contract Manager
About: The company is seeking a Sales Lead to promote its products and services and build relationships with new and existing LCC (Lead House) accounts. The role involves strategic sales planning and execution, transitioning customers between teams, managing P&L, and aligning initiatives at national and local levels.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales, Marketing, Hospitality or Culinary Arts preferred; +7 years of Sysco experience or +7 years of relevant industry w/ Contract Sales Growth management experience; ability to influence contract sales teams, strong financial acumen, consultative selling skills, interpersonal skills, proficiency in profit and loss analysis, excellent communication and organizational skills, familiarity with CRM tools, analytical problem-solving skills, adaptability to change
