Requirements: Must have three (3) years of kitchen experience in a full-service, high-volume restaurant; solid track record of success in previous assignments demonstrating upward career tracking; passion for food and cooking techniques pertaining to Chinese cooking styles; can-do attitude and willingness to learn; must be able to lead a team with efficiency and strive for the best; able to work in a fast-paced environment and think quickly
