About: Position Title: Receptionist Location: Central Arkansas Area Command – Little Rock, AR Position Type: Regular Part-Time Pay Range: $11.00 – $16.36/hour About this opportunity: This position is responsible for handling various administrative tasks such as answering phones, receiving deliveries, greeting visitors, providing information about The Salvation Army, and performing general clerical duties. Key responsibilities: – Answers the telephone and directs calls appropriately – Records messages when necessary – Receives and receipts deliveries and donations – Greets and announces visitors and clients – Provides general information about The Salvation Army – Performs general clerical duties for the Area Command and accounting department What we are looking for in you: – High school diploma or G.E.D. required Physical Requirements and Working Conditions: Ability to meet attendance requirements; ability to read, write, and communicate in English; ability to operate a telephone system; ability to sort documents alphabetically and numerically; ability to perform routine mathematical computations.
