Position: Receptionist (Temporary-to-Hire)
About: Clever Care Health Plan, a rapidly growing Medicare Advantage plan in Southern California, is seeking a Receptionist to be the first point of contact for visitors, members, and staff, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience. The role involves managing front desk operations, answering calls, coordinating appointments, and handling mail in support of Clever Care’s values of respect and teamwork.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; One (1) year working as a receptionist or front-office staff; Experience with administrative and clerical procedures; Healthcare insurance experience, a plus; Bilingual in English and Mandarin; Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Excellent customer service skills; Proficient in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook; Good time management skills; Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively; Strong attention to detail for accurate data entry; Able to type 40 wpm; Must be able to lift thirty (30) lbs
