Position: Receptionist job
About: The Receptionist position at Epiq involves providing receptionist and concierge services for clients at their site’s Conference Center, working closely with the client’s staff to assist with front office and concierge services. The role requires accurate communication with client staff and Epiq team members regarding commitments, deadlines, and challenges.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED; minimum of 2 years work experience, preferably in conference services, hospitality, reception desk, and front office services; ability to lead others in a professional manner; strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to resolve complaints; ability to multitask with attention to detail; working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook; ability to lift or move 40 lbs. or greater; ability to walk, bend, kneel, stand, or sit for an extended period of time.
