Position: Receptionist job

Requirements: Proven 3-5 years’ experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role; excellent verbal and written communication skills; customer-service oriented; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task; strong attention to detail; a professional appearance and demeanor; ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion; must be able to load and unload boxes weighing up to 10 lbs
