Position: Receptionist job

As Via’s Receptionist, you’ll oversee the day-to-day operations of our New York City Office, playing an important role in creating an exceptional environment for our growing team. This is a part-time, temp-to-perm contract position and will be on-site in our NYC office.
Requirements: 1+ years full-time work experience; Bachelor’s degree (candidates without a degree should have 2+ years’ full-time work experience); Very strong ability to multitask and prioritize—you must be able to manage your own time and stay highly organized while orchestrating multiple tasks; Positive, “can-do” attitude and strong customer service mentality—you exude high-energy and thrive working with others; Bias toward action and solutions-driven mentality—you can identify areas where processes can be improved and act on them; Strong written and verbal communication; Tech-savvy, comfortable using basic tools like G-Suite, Zoom, Slack; Strong troubleshooting skills—you can help IT with office technology; Prior experience in an Executive Assistant, Receptionist, or Office Manager role; Interest in growing your career in People or Business Operations.
