Position: Receptionist – Hodges Bend MS
About: Serve as receptionist for a school or department, providing a friendly and helpful atmosphere for visitors and directing incoming calls. The position involves routine general clerical tasks specific to school/departmental receptionist duties.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED including or supplemented by commercial/business course work; some successful general clerical experience; good knowledge of business office procedures, practices, and equipment; ability to communicate clearly and concisely both orally and in writing; ability to type at an approved rate of speed, operate personal computers, and understand and follow written instructions; congenial personality with excellent human relations and interpersonal skills
