Position: Receptionist / Customer Service Representative

Requirements: 1+ years in a fast-paced, customer service environment; previous experience with point-of-sale systems strongly preferred; previous salon/spa experience preferred; promote a professional and brand-appropriate image; organize and execute shop flow between clients and team members effectively; serve as a subject matter expert in reservation systems; maintain a high degree of ethics in handling client payments and stylists’ tips/commissions; demonstrate strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, and multitasking skills; assist with shop cleanliness and support stylists to enhance efficiency; high school diploma required
