Position: Reception/Guest Services Manager
About: Maison Metier is a private luxurious space with 67 rooms, including Lobby featuring honor bar, and the Breakfast Room. This position serves as the Manager on Duty and oversees property operations, ensuring that the highest levels of hospitality and service are provided. We are looking for a Guest Service focused individual with Luxury level supervisory experience.
Requirements: High school graduate or equivalent, some college; Previous experience in guest services; Opera experience and knowledge of Windows office suite will be helpful/preferred; Two years experience as a Front Office Supervisor, preferably a four star hotel; Must be able to satisfactorily communicate in English with guests, management and co‑workers; Must be able to provide legible communication; Ability to enforce hotel’s standards, policies and procedures with Front Desk staff; Must be able to accurately compute mathematical calculations
