Requirements: Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional; Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; Protect company assets; Ability to satisfactorily communicate in verbal and written English with guests, management, and co-workers; Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities; Highly responsible and reliable; Have superb time management skills; Prioritize and organize work assignments; Ability to support all co-workers to reach a common goal and treat them with dignity and respect; Maintain complete knowledge of all hotel services and features; Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times; Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards; Must be able to maintain a flexible work schedule; Ability to comply with physical demands as outlined below
