About: As a Reception Agent at Hilton Grand Vacations, you will be responsible for providing quality guest service including checking in/out hotel guests, PBX operations, hotel reservations, and concierge services in a humble and professional manner. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; Excellent command of the English language (speaking, reading, writing); Ability to compute and manipulate mathematical calculations; Effective communication and customer service skills; Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
