Position: RECEPTION
About: The receptionist position provides administrative support for the RCAC and CBRF community, serving as the ‘face’ of the community with a resident-centered focus. The role involves clerical duties, information coordination, and project completion. The incumbent is expected to maintain building security, manage office equipment, handle communication devices, and assist with various community activities.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; certification from technical school or Associate Degree preferred; 3-5 years of administrative experience, preferably in property management or real estate; knowledge of computer applications and office equipment operations; ability to organize and manage multiple priorities; positive attitude, initiative, enthusiasm, and energy; strong customer orientation to older adults; strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing
