Requirements: Associate’s Degree in Pastry Arts/Baking; 3-5 years hands-on experience in Baking/Pastry Arts; 1-2 years of cake, cookie, and chocolate decorating experience; high-volume kitchen production experience desired; photography and food styling are an asset; requires intermediate skill level of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
