Requirements: Minimum 2 years experience in a fast-paced, creative, professional culinary setting; comprehensive understanding of cookies/pastry; formal culinary degree/education required; comprehensive understanding of general food science; exemplary decorating skills and attention to detail; Utah Food Handlers Permit; excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; highly organized and self-motivated; time management skills; ability to create structure and prioritize work; comfortable in a fast-paced, results-oriented culture; flexible, adaptable, and thriving in ambiguity; team player
