Position: Regional Sushi Chef
About: RA Sushi is a restaurant chain specializing in sushi and Asian-inspired cuisine. In addition to their dine-in locations, the company operates delivery-only restaurants in some areas.
Requirements: Eight to 10 years of experience in the restaurant industry; experience in a multi-unit supervisory role; track record in food preparation, handling and service; physical stamina to stand and walk for up to 12 hours a day; ability to lift up to 55 lbs; ability to work holidays, nights and weekends as required to successfully perform the responsibilities of the job; ability to travel up to 60% of the time including overnight travel
