Requirements: Bachelor’s in Food Science, Biology, Microbiology, or Chemistry; 10+ years in QA leadership within the food industry; Strong knowledge of hazard analysis, preventive controls, and regulatory compliance; Experience in microbiological and analytical testing; SQF practitioner, HACCP, and PCQI certification preferred; Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
