Position: Quality Assurance Director

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree from a four-year accredited college or university; five-plus years of quality control experience in a food-manufacturing environment; strong computer skills, analytical abilities, and familiarity with food-processing equipment; knowledge of quality control processes, HACCP, SSOP, SOP, USDA, and FDA standards; HACCP Certification (preferred); SQF Certification (preferred); real USDA experience; experience in Ready-to-Eat (RTE) environment; experience with multi-location operations
