Requirements: Manufacturing and science background is helpful; approximately three months learning period for all department functions; adherence to Food Safety Policies and Safety Procedures; clear communication skills both in person and in writing; ability to handle stressful situations and solve problems effectively; commitment to implementing Q-RMP standards and following safety protocols
