Position: PT Concierge I (Sun & Mon 10:45a – 6:15p)
About: Christian Living Communities | Cappella Living Solutions is seeking a Concierge to join their team in Aurora, CO-80017. The Concierge will be the go-to person for all service-related inquiries, ensuring resident satisfaction and creating a warm and welcoming environment for residents and visitors.
Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent experience; working knowledge of multi-extension, multi-line telephone system; prior concierge or hospitality experience strongly preferred; energetic, enthusiastic, exceptional communication skills; good organizational skills, ability to multitask, and strong clerical skills; minimum one-year experience in a business office environment; must be fluent in English with excellent communication and customer service skills
