Position: Project Manager- Capital Projects
About: BrightPet is a leading consumer brand and manufacturing company in the pet and companion animal industry. They pioneer a portfolio of widely recognized consumer brands in the pet industry and have completed expansion projects in most of their manufacturing facilities in the last three years, setting new revenue records annually for eight consecutive years.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, Food Science, or related field; 5+ years of project management experience in food or pet food manufacturing; Strong knowledge of processing equipment, packaging lines, utilities, and automation; Experience with regulatory agencies such as FDA, USDA, AAFCO, FSMA, OSHA; Proficiency in project management software; PMP Certification or equivalent; Experience with LEAN manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Continuous Improvement initiatives; Background in thermal processing, extrusion, or wet/dry pet food production; Familiarity with PLC controls, SCADA systems, and automation projects.
