Position: Project Manager
About: Join the Regional Opportunity Initiatives (ROI) in the Indiana Uplands, dedicated to advancing economic and community prosperity in 11 counties. This organization focuses on advanced industry sectors, regionalism, workforce redesign, and placemaking strategies to support the multi-year, multi-layered microelectronics education and workforce initiative funded by the National Imperative for Industrial Skills (NIIS) and the U.S. Department of Defense. The Project Manager will play a key role in coordinating K-12 education outreach, ME training facilities, youth apprenticeship programs, and post-secondary certificate programs.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in project management; industry-relevant experience in ME education, research, or production; experience leading diverse teams and stakeholders; strong organizational and communication skills; familiarity with K-12 education ecosystem and federal programs; proficiency in project management tools; commitment to a culture of growth.
