Position: Project Coordinator- Concierge Services

About: Huntington Hospital, a nationally recognized healthcare leader with 619 beds, is seeking a dedicated individual to join their team in the Employee Concierge Department, providing exceptional customer service to staff, physicians, volunteers, and vendors. This role involves assisting the Concierge Manager in operations, project planning, and employee engagement initiatives.

Requirements: Bachelors degree preferred; minimum 5 years of progressive experience in retail management, concierge services, or hotel industry required; valid driver’s license required for operating hospital golf cart; proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Publisher, Outlook, and internet search engines; experience with retail point of sales systems preferred; strong communication, organization, time management skills; knowledge of employment law and cash handling practices; ability to adapt to new duties and communicate effectively with customers and vendors
