About: Huntington Hospital is seeking a Temporary Part-time Concierge Assistant to work in the Employee Concierge department. The position involves supporting the Concierge Manager in delivering exceptional customer service to hospital staff, physicians, volunteers, and vendors. The role includes project management, event coordination, and implementing employee engagement initiatives. The position requires flexibility in working hours and adherence to quality standards.
Requirements: Bachelors degree preferred; minimum 5 years of progressive experience in retail management, concierge services, or hotel industry required; proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Publisher, Outlook, and internet search engines; experience with retail point of sales and/or concierge administration systems preferred; exemplary time management, communication, and organization skills; knowledge of general employment law and cash handling best practices; ability to communicate effectively with customers and vendors; ability to adapt to new duties
