Position: Programming Coordinator, Content Rights Management
About: This Programming Coordinator, Content Rights Management position supports ESPN’s Content Rights Management (CRM) within the Programming and Acquisitions Department. The role involves providing rights and clearance assistance, managing databases of proprietary rights, developing highlight rights advisories, supporting major clearance efforts, responding to inquiries about rights-restricted content, and assisting with ad-hoc projects and anti-piracy efforts in the sports media industry.
Requirements: College degree preferred; minimum of three years of related work experience dealing with legal, database management, and/or footage licensing/clearances. Strong organizational and analytical skills; detail-oriented; proficient computer skills including rights management database systems and collaborative working tools; general knowledge of the sports media industry; strong communication skills; highly organized, efficient, self-motivated, and able to prioritize tasks.
