Position: Program Scheduler
About: Responsible for facilitating the conversion of referrals to admissions through the completion of the intake process with effective communication, technology, and customer service skills. Acts as a liaison between different parties in the hospice presentation program Admission Staff.
Requirements: Two or more years related experience in medical terminology and/or call center environment; ability to attain goals in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; exercise judgment and discretion in maintaining strong partnering relationships; superior communication skills both verbally and in writing; working knowledge of computers and software packages; highly organized and able to manage multiple responsibilities; ability to communicate tactfully with various stakeholders; completion of high school or basic education equivalency preferred; bilingual in Spanish/English a plus; medical or business office education/training desired
