Position: Program Manager, Collision Performance
About: Tesla is seeking a highly motivated and organized Program Manager to lead the performance management of their Internal Collision network. This role is crucial in supporting operational excellence and requires a candidate adept at streamlining processes and creating standardized systems. The position can be based at any location where Tesla operates a Collision Center.
Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field or equivalent experience; 5+ years of experience in the automotive service industry, rental car sector, or a similar field; Proven ability to build financial business cases and demonstrate evidence-based decision-making skills; Exceptional organizational, time management, and creative problem-solving skills; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Visio, and familiarity with project management tools; Outstanding oral and written communication skills; Willingness to travel (approximately 30%) and accommodate time differences to support all Tesla locations
