Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, nonprofit management, social work, sports management, education, or related field; 3 to 5 years of experience in sports, coaching, or nonprofit work; strong knowledge of soccer; passion for the organization’s mission; ability to work some nights and weekends; US Soccer Federation Coaching licenses and Spanish proficiency are a plus; strong leadership and interpersonal skills; excellent communication abilities; valid driver’s license and auto insurance; technology proficiency including Google Workspace apps and other tools for automation; ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively in a team environment
