About: Mountain Kids! is a nature-focused organization in Santa Fe, NM, aiming to double the number of children connecting to nature by 2030 through expanded programming and partnerships with schools and other organizations.
Requirements: Start Date: March 2025; Location: Santa Fe, NM; Commitment to 3-5 years; Current residency in Santa Fe or willingness to relocate
Benefits: Annual Salary: $70,000, Hours: Full-time, ~40 hours per week (seasonal fluctuation), Vacation: 3 weeks paid time off (one week over winter break), Paid Holidays: 5 days, including major holidays (Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, plus one floating), Sick Days: In accordance with New Mexico State law, Flexible scheduling during seasonal downtime, Additional Perks: Pro deals, professional development, and mentorship, Wellness Stipend: $300/quarter toward wellness services after first year of employment
