Position: Professional KM New Store
About: The Coen Markets is currently seeking a Professional Kitchen Manager to support the Store Manager in delivering exceptional food quality and customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in kitchen operations and a passion for food, ensuring the overall profitability and execution of food service operations while upholding cleanliness and safety standards in a customer-friendly environment.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent preferred; Associate degree in culinary arts or related discipline preferred; 5 years of Kitchen Manager leadership experience required, preferably in a restaurant environment; Ability to learn and utilize the store’s computer applications required; Highly effective written and oral communication skills required; Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks for team members; Experience, skills, and abilities consistent with Core Values and Leadership Competencies; Availability to work all shifts, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs
