Position: Production Manager
About: Our client is a regional feed manufacturer expanding to enhance customer service. The role involves supervising a production team and overseeing day-to-day operations, safety, maintenance, and quality control in a small team setting for efficient decision-making.
Requirements: 3+ years of milling/food production experience; leadership role preferred; strategic leadership skills to improve processes and efficiency; B.S. Degree in Agriculture, Milling, or Food Science; willingness to relocate to Kentucky with relocation assistance available
