Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Business Administration, or related field; At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within the Manufacturing industry; Proven experience with Sous Vide, RTE, food, deli meat, GMP, HACCP, Food Safety, SQF, and Continuous Improvement; Strong knowledge of production management and quality control standards; Excellent organizational and leadership skills; Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail; Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Proficiency in MS Office and ERP software; Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
