Position: Production Kitchen Manager

About: Join our team as a Production Kitchen Manager at a major airport setting in Chicago, working for one of the largest restaurant operators in the world. You will play a key role in ensuring food quality, consistency, and compliance while leading and developing the central kitchen team for optimal performance and efficiency.

Requirements: Minimum of 2 years post-high school education; a bachelor’s degree is preferred. 3+ years of experience in high-volume production kitchens, central commissaries, or large-scale catering operations; experience managing batch cooking, bulk packaging, and food distribution logistics. Strong background in food safety compliance, HACCP protocols, and large-scale recipe standardization. Ability to interact at all levels, including with executives, union representatives, and diverse hourly team members. Capable of conducting gap analysis to improve business operations and satisfaction levels.
