Position: Production Kitchen Manager

This role involves overseeing food production for multiple restaurant locations, ensuring quality and consistency while managing a high-volume kitchen operation that supports various outlets.
Requirements: Educational Background: Minimum of 2 years post-high school education; a bachelor’s degree is preferred. Experience: 3+ years of experience in high-volume production kitchens, central commissaries, or large-scale catering operations. Prior multi-unit restaurant support or bulk food production experience preferred. Experience managing batch cooking, bulk packaging, and food distribution logistics. Technical Skills: Strong background in food safety compliance, HACCP protocols, and large-scale recipe standardization. Interpersonal Skills: Ability to interact at all levels, including with executives, union representatives, and diverse hourly team members. Analytical Skills: Capable of conducting gap analysis to improve business operations and satisfaction levels.
