The product expert plays a vital role in ensuring positive customer experiences through excellent communication skills, a strong desire to learn, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
Requirements: High School graduate; basic knowledge of tax laws and concepts preferred; experience in a call center environment and familiarity with using chat support; ability to work a minimum of 30 hours per week; reside in the USA; pass background and tech checks for certification; possess specific hardware requirements including Windows computer, webcam, wired mouse, USB headset, and wired internet connection; no conflicts of interest with Column Tax or Intuit Vendors
