Position: Product Development Manager
About: Whataburger, a renowned fast-food restaurant chain, is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced professional to oversee the development of their innovative menu offerings and ensure adherence to company standards. This role involves collaborating closely with suppliers, managing product ideations, and facilitating product approval meetings with senior leadership.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree required; culinary degree preferred; 5+ years’ experience in QA or R&D in food manufacturing and/or restaurant industry; proficiency in MS Office Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Visio; ability to communicate effectively, influence decisions, and motivate staff; professional certifications in food safety and culinary training preferred; willing to work full-time schedule and travel locally and long distances as needed.
