Position: Process Lead, Providence, #102
About: Gopuff, an on-demand delivery service for everyday essentials, is seeking a Process Lead for its Operations team. The Process Lead will report to the Site Leader or Manager and play a crucial role in ensuring order accuracy and efficient delivery to customers. This leadership position involves overseeing tasks in the Pack and Receive as well as Kitchen teams, focusing on enhancing the overall customer experience with each order.
Requirements: 2 years of internal Gopuff experience; 2+ years of leadership experience in retail, grocery, military, restaurant, or equivalent fields; 1+ years of experience in process improvement and efficiencies, ServeSafe Certification highly preferred. Ability to work fluid schedules, including peak hours of operation (5pm – 3am) and weekends. Team-oriented mentality. Physical ability to stand, bend, reach, walk during shifts, lift up to 49 pounds.
