Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of professional experience coaching or training lacrosse players of any age; Reliable transportation for traveling to training locations; Complete and clear a criminal background check; Strong communication skills to effectively engage with players and clients; An energetic and engaging personality, especially when working with children and teens; Confidence in working independently while delivering high-quality training; Ability to provide your own lacrosse training equipment for lessons
