Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; previous hotel or restaurant experience required; food & beverage operations preferred; proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel; strong multitasking and project management abilities; confident networker and polished communicator with strong written and verbal skills; skilled in analyzing client needs and negotiating pricing; able to meet deadlines and work flexible hours.
