Position: Private Dining and Catering Manager

About: Four Seasons Hotel Washington, DC, a luxury hotel situated at the entrance of Georgetown, is seeking a Detailed and Passionate Private Dining and Catering Manager to join its Catering team. The hotel offers a timeless luxury experience with top-notch amenities, including a private fitness club, a spa, and a culinary destination with Michelin-starred chef Michael Mina. Requirements: College degree preferably specializing in hotel/restaurant management or equivalent experience is required; 2-3 years of previous experience directly related to hotel catering sales or conference services; Requires a working knowledge of division operations as well as Four Seasons cultural and core standards, policies, and standard operating procedures; Ability to work irregular hours, weekends, and evenings; Able to negotiate, organize, delegate & work under pressure; Attention to detail and ability to multitask; High level of creativity; Knowledge of audio-visual equipment and internet technology – preferred; Requires reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language
