Position: Private Chef job
About: A private individual in Beverly Hills is seeking an exceptional private chef to create unparalleled culinary experiences that blend artistry, sophistication, and family-centered dining. This is a rare opportunity to be an integral part of a dynamic household, serving a UHNW individual, with occasionally two additional guests. The role requires a chef who is not only creative and precise but also flexible in tailoring meals to diverse tastes and dietary restrictions. This role will report directly to the Estate Manager.
Requirements: A minimum of 5 years of experience as a private chef or in a high-end restaurant environment; Experience in front-of-house service procedures and fine dining etiquette; Expertise in a wide range of culinary traditions, with an emphasis on pescatarian, vegetarian, farm-to-table, and seasonal cooking; Advanced skills in meal planning and preparation, accommodating diverse dietary preferences, especially low-sodium, vegetarian, and pescatarian diets; Proven ability to adapt to last-minute menu changes, and guest additions; Proficient in managing kitchen operations, including inventory control, cost savings, and sourcing; Strong computer literacy skills (Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Word, and Excel)
