Position: Private Chef job
About: A private individual in Beverly Hills is seeking an exceptional private chef to create unparalleled culinary experiences that blend artistry, sophistication, and family-centered dining. This is a rare opportunity to be an integral part of a dynamic household, serving a UHNW individual, with occasionally two additional guests. The role requires a chef who is not only creative and precise but also flexible in tailoring meals to diverse tastes and dietary restrictions. This role will report directly to the Sr. Estate Manager.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; a minimum of 5 years of experience as a private chef or in a high-end restaurant environment; experience in front-of-house service procedures and fine dining etiquette; expertise in a wide range of culinary traditions, with an emphasis on pescatarian, vegetarian, farm-to-table, and seasonal cooking; advanced skills in meal planning and preparation, accommodating diverse dietary preferences, especially low-sodium, vegetarian, and pescatarian diets; proven ability to adapt to last-minute menu changes and guest additions; proficient in managing kitchen operations, including inventory control, cost savings, and sourcing.
