Requirements: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent education experience; ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays; 1+ years of guest-facing customer service experience; 1+ year of Front Desk, Concierge, VIP Lounge experience; working knowledge of Learning Management System (LMS) software or related platforms; experience working in a similar resort setting
