About: Under the direction of the management team, the Principal Cook is responsible for providing team leadership in a high-volume campus restaurant, preparing complex menu items, ensuring quality food and customer service, and maintaining food handling standards. Requirements: 3-4 Years Demonstrated experience in high-volume food production and general maintenance in a restaurant environment or an equivalent combination of education and experience; Ability to read, understand, and speak English; Skill in interacting effectively with guests and team members; Ability to stand, climb, stoop, push, and crouch for extended periods; Ability to measure food stuffs and operate kitchen equipment; Knowledge of sanitation and safety procedures; Time management and organizational skills; Detailed culinary knowledge with experience in recipe and menu development and team training; Demonstrated ability to lead a production team in a high-volume restaurant environment.
